① Intelligent speed control drive

Intelligent speed control drive technology, combined with a brushless DC motor, allows for stepless speed regulation within the 10-100% speed range. It features soft start and soft stop functions to reduce valve impact and wear, extending valve life. It also has segmented output speed control for precise valve control.

② Plug-in wiring

It adopts pluggable terminals for easy on-site debugging and wiring.

③ Enrich diagnostic information

Diamond actuators also feature comprehensive diagnostic information, including vibration detection, torque curves, real-time multi-point temperature monitoring, operational status monitoring, and protection functions against overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, phase loss, and overload.

④ A fully upgraded human-computer interface

The Diamond actuator features a 3.5-inch color display. The dynamic valve position display intuitively shows the valve's location, and the rich and varied interface design provides users with a comfortable human-machine interaction experience.

⑤ Dual encoder redundancy

It adopts a redundant structure of absolute encoder + incremental encoder, and the two encoders judge each other to ensure accurate valve position. If one encoder fails, the other encoder can complete the action.

Integrated design

The integrated design adapts to various confined installation spaces. Compared to traditional actuators, it reduces size and weight by 30% for the same thrust.

Control precision up to 0.05mm

Precise control algorithms, a sophisticated transmission system, and a gapless valve position acquisition device ensure that the control accuracy of the output stroke reaches 0.05mm.

Dual encoder redundancy

A redundant structure of encoder + incremental encoder is adopted, and the two encoders judge each other to ensure accurate valve position.

Power failure display

With the main power supply disconnected, the device can be powered by the battery to view its status, set parameters, and receive alarm information.

Anti-condensation

It adopts a double-layer display window design similar to aircraft windows to avoid condensation caused by temperature changes in the internal display window.

Intelligent speed control drive

Stepless speed regulation within the range of 15-100%. Features soft start and stop functions to reduce valve impact and wear, and extend valve life.

Intelligent torque regulation

Torque is adjustable from 30% to 100%, resulting in more precise torque output.
