SY532 Series Servo Control Device
SY532C is a single-channel servo control device. The CPU uses a 32-bit high-performance RISC processor, the analog signal acquisition uses a high-precision high-speed AD chip, and the analog signal output uses a high-precision high-speed DA chip. The software has complete self-diagnosis and fault-tolerant functions. The device can control the movement of the servo valve, and can also control the displacement, speed and movement direction of the hydraulic cylinder by adjusting the speed and direction of the AC servo motor. The device is equipped with a 2.6-inch OLED display, and the control parameters are configured on-site. The control strategy and parameters can be flexibly modified to meet the needs of different control objects. It has a configuration parameter storage function and can be saved for a long time.
The SY532E triple-redundant servo control device is an integrated embedded control equipment suitable for turbomachinery. It is mainly used for the control of turbomachinery in gas turbines or ordinary industrial sites. The product supports single machine, dual redundancy, and triple redundancy operation. The SY532E triple-redundant servo control device is based on a high-performance real-time operating system platform. The core components use high-performance, low-power 32-bit high-performance RISC chips, which have the advantages of fast computing speed, excellent performance, strong anti-interference ability, low energy consumption, and small heat generation. This device has high reliability. It adopts a highly reliable full hardware triple-redundant circuit. If one or two SY532E devices fail, the device function will not be affected, and it can be conveniently replaced online. The SY532E triple-redundant servo control device forms an electro-hydraulic servo circuit with electro-hydraulic servo valves, valve displacement feedback devices, etc. Through the comparison of valve position instructions and valve position feedback values, PID calculation, the servo drive signal is output to complete the closed-loop valve position control.
