An intelligent product that integrates fieldbus, wireless Bluetooth, high-precision absolute encoder, infrared remote control, color TFT display, magnetic control switch, variable frequency speed regulation and other technologies, is widely used in process control systems in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, light industry, textile, mining, fire protection and environmental protection, continuously meeting the high standards and high requirements of customers.

Fully upgraded human-machine interface: With a 2.3-inch color display screen, twice the size of the traditional actuator display screen, ahead of mainstream brands at home and abroad; Dynamic valve position display intuitively shows valve position, rich and colorful interface design provides a comfortable human-machine interaction experience.

Rich diagnostic information: Through the TFT color screen, the actuator signal acquisition status is presented in text, showing operation information such as the number of switches and duration, and the torque curve during the valve opening and closing process is described graphically. 16 fault records for easy troubleshooting.

Convenient replacement of spare parts: When there is an electrical control failure of the actuator, the spare parts can be directly replaced without resetting the stroke and torque. It can operate without commissioning and without operating the valve.

High-precision valve position signal acquisition: High-precision encoders are selected, and the connection between the encoder and the output shaft uses zero-gap drive to completely eliminate sampling errors and ensure acquisition accuracy. The accuracy has reached 0.39% as tested by the Shanghai Institute.

Autonomous powerful and stable EHA-SY electro-hydraulic actuator

Developed based on self-controlled technology, it is the first electro-hydraulic actuator in China to pass full domestic certification.
