During the Spring Festival, the new 200,000-ton nylon 6 production line of Henan What Puli Materials Phase II was filled with the roar of machines and efficient production, striving for a "good start" in the first quarter.

This project adopts the SCIYON NT6000 intelligent control system to achieve automated production. It is an important part of the core business development strategy planning of Pingmei Group's nylon chemical industry and also represents another new breakthrough of SCIYON in the field of intelligence in the chemical industry.

Henan Puli Materials is a core enterprise of China Pingmei Group. Its products cover five major series including spinning grade and industrial plastic grade, and are exported to more than ten countries around the world. The products fill the gap in Henan Province and are an important node connecting the upstream and downstream of China Pingmei Group's large nylon industrial chain. It is also a backbone enterprise of China Nylon City. The second phase of the 200,000-ton nylon 6 chip project, with an investment of approximately 890 million yuan, adopts the international advanced continuous polymerization process of nylon 6, builds three 200-ton-per-day production lines, and is positioned to produce high-end differentiated nylon 6 chips, aiming to break through the international high-end market and enhance the global competitiveness of the "what" brand.
